Hello, I'm Eleanor

Former pastry chef at The Ritz, I returned to my Derbyshire roots to create ethereal cakes that taste as dreamy as they look. Every cake is baked from scratch in my home kitchen using British free-range eggs, organic clotted cream butter, and real vanilla from Cornwall. I believe in edible art, gold-leaf finishes, and the joy of celebrating with something truly bespoke – whether it's a wedding in the Peak District or a birthday in London.
